By making a booking with SB Autoclean you agree to all T&C's mentioned on this page.
Payments must be made on the same day that the work is carried out unless mutually agreed otherwise.
If your vehicle's interior is heavily dirty or covered in pet hair we may issue an extra charge due to time consumption. This will be agreed before work has begun.
SB Autoclean do not have any control over external factors such as traffic and congestion, therefore if we can see that your booking has been affected by one of these factors then we will be sure to reschedule your booking within the next 14 working days for the inconvenience.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of when the work is due to begin will result in us being liable to charge you 50% of the price that you was due to pay for our inconvenience.
Our public liability insurance covers us for up to £250,000 in damages if anything were to happen to your vehicle under our responsibility.
